Rotting basement floor after huge Delaware storm

Friday, September 14th, 2012 by Sam Wilson

The flooring of this basement has rusted and rotted from corner to corner. Condensation had caused the water to come up from the ground. Overtime, with the problem not being solved, rust and mold began to form. This caused twice as much damage in the home. DryZone began solving the home owner's problems. A sump pump was installed to drain the water and a dehumidifier was installed to keep the basement nice and dry.
